These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, content, dashboards, memberships and digital products of The Zen Bloom Collective (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the site or purchasing anything from us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

The Zen Bloom Collective is an independent Canadian company providing done-for-you marketing content, dashboards and resources for florists. You can reach us at help@zenbloomcollective.com.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity that happens under your account.

3. Licence to use our content

When you purchase a content pack, membership or digital product, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide licence to use the content in your own florist business, including posting to your social channels, website, email newsletters and printed materials.

You may not:

• Resell, sublicense or redistribute our content as your own product.
• Share login credentials or downloads with anyone outside your business.
• Train AI models on our content, captions, photography or copy.
• Remove watermarks, credits or branding where they are required to remain.

4. Intellectual property

All photography, copy, templates, dashboards, calculators and brand elements are owned by The Zen Bloom Collective or our licensors and are protected by Canadian and international copyright and trademark laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you.

5. Payments & taxes

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for any taxes, duties or fees required by your local jurisdiction.

6. Subscriptions & cancellations

Memberships and recurring plans renew automatically until cancelled. Full details are in our Subscription & Cancellation Policy.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, no scraping, reverse engineering, attempting to access other accounts, uploading malicious code, or using the community spaces to harass other members. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

8. User-generated content

If you post reviews, testimonials, profile information or community messages, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display that content within the platform and in related marketing. You retain ownership of what you post.

9. Disclaimers

Our content is provided “as is” for general business inspiration. We do not guarantee specific results, revenue or audience growth from using our templates. You are responsible for the decisions you make in your own business.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the site or our products is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the site. Your continued use of the site after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
