A few honest answers

What if I forget to cancel and get charged on day 8?

We email you on day 6 as a heads-up. If you still forget and your card is charged, email us within 48 hours of the charge. As long as you haven't copied captions, generated AI images or downloaded content after the charge, we'll refund that first payment in full and close the membership. No phone tree, no guilt.

Why do you ask for a card if it's free?

Two reasons: it keeps trial spots for florists who genuinely want to try this, and it means day 8 is seamless if you stay. You're never charged during the 7 days, and cancel is one click from your billing page.

After day 7, can I still cancel?

Yes, any time. You keep full access through the end of the month you paid for, no prorated refund but no further charges either.

Where can I read the full policy?

Our subscription policy has the long version, including refund windows, cancellation, and what happens to content you downloaded.
